Please complete the form below to request that an event be posted on the calendar on the FTCC home page. (This form is for use by FTCC faculty and staff.)

For best results:

  • Please ensure that you have checked the accuracy of the information provided and that you have provided sufficient information for readers to understand what will be happening at the event, how to access the event, and any other important details.
  • Ideally, events should be submitted at least a week ahead of time. They must be submitted by Thursday afternoon to be included in the Friday email detailing events for the upcoming week.
  • Clubs are encouraged to consider submitting their Student Activities-approved meeting schedules for the semester at the start of each semester. If special events or activities are later planned for a particular meeting, that information can be submitted via this form so that date can be amended.
